The wait time when I arrived to drop off my car was very long in my opinion, especially since I had an appointment. Then the wait for Enterprise took a while too. When I arrived to drop off my car and pick up my car from repairs both times there was nobody at the front desk I'm not sure why there wasn't anyone Manning the desk because when I have used you all prior there has definitely always been someone there to assist people right away. Also the communication about what was being done to my car wasn't communicated other than when the car would be ready.
