Jeff was very educational when he initially looked at the pictures I had taken of the damaged car. I experienced superior customer service from everyone I got in contact with including Johnnie and Lauren. I liked the daily up date and the cooperation when I had specific questions. At the end the forgotten parts(just caps) will be ordered and brought to me in the next few days, so that I could already take my car home. Also Jeff immediately tried to correct the gaps between the wheels and the new bumper when I pointed those out to him. He also assured me that it is safe to drive and that the frame is ok.He went above and beyond even helping me initially with Allstate who was hesitant about paying for the rental,since I had taken too long (in their opinion) to find a collision place I was comfortable with, even though they had waited for a week in the first place to accept any kind of liability.. I also am thrilled that you detailed my car which is the first thing I was planning on getting done today after the pickup.

My car looks like I just brought it. There's no way you can tell I was in an accident. My car has a Ruby Red clearcoat color and everything matches. they did a fantastic job!

Shop Manager was great stayed a little late and I was able to pickup my car. Repairs were fixed quickly.The only thing I noticed was a little finish around the trunk thats wasn't cleaned off.

Overall I am happy with your performance. However, I have noticed a weird clonking sound that seems to come from somewhere around the front wheels when the car drives across a bump or pothole that was was not noticable before. I'll mention it when I come over next in order to get the two little plastic parts installed. Saskia
