The repairs took about 5 more days to complete than what was normal quoted to me but the team did an excellent job of keeping me updated through the repair process of everything going on.

I would recommend the shop, but would also make sure that they inspect their vehicle very closely before they drive off with it so as to not miss any small things that should be addressed.

In terms of the repair, the exterior of the car looks as if it was never hit and I have had no issues with it. However, I've had some small issues with the driver's side door. I got locked out of the car after I had picked it up. I took it back to be checked, and there was strangely no issue to be found according to the repair tech. I figure it was just a loose rod in the lock mechanism. Also, the handle/grip on the inside of the door has a small gap between panels that my fingers slide into every time I got to open it. Doesn't look like they were fitted back together properly.

I am satisfied now. My only concern was why did I have to point out a paint condition that clearly was not correct and pay for another rental for 4 days. That really upset me because it should have been caught before I seen it.
