Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Julie made the whole process stress free by coordinating insurance, repairs and rental car pickup and return. All I had to do was drop off my car for the repairs and pick it up when repairs were complete. John did the estimate and coordinated the repairs. He was very good to communicate and keep me informed of every aspect of the process. I appreciate that my repair looks like new, especially since it is a brand new car! John & Julie were exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, & accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. They made sure I was taken care of from my insurance, to rental vehicle, and ofcourse my vehicle. Even when there were delays in the timeline John kept me updated and Julie was always willing to answer the phone and get any answers I needed. While I’m not planning to bring my vehicle back anytime soon I am happy to know there is somewhere to rely on when I need them most in a collision.
