From walk in, after I introduced myself, explained situation, Julie Kroll was very pleasant, handled everything, including rental car delivery, met John Ray, service advisor, explained the process to repair my vehicle, repaired in 2 days, again Julie handled all paper work, including rental return, John explained repairs to my understanding, I was in/out under 15 mins. All very professional. Will recommend in future.

John and Julie were so great, so nice and helpful. The repairs look great and it made me so happy that the car was cleaned inside and out. I know the inside was filthy so I really appreciate it. And to get the texts with updates was very nice as well. State Farm sent me to Crash Champions with my other wreck and they were not good at all. Ty again vm for everything.
