With what happened with my tire. I highly doubt I would recommend Classic Collision to someone else because if they are lied about replacing a tire but instead they fixed it. What else did they lied to me or the insurance company about.

I just found out Classic Collision did not replace a tire that was damaged on my car during the accident. Classic Collision washed the tire, glued it together and moved from the passenger rear of where it was to the passenger front. I called Classic Collision and they denied it. I know the damage and I know 100% that was the same tire that was damaged during the accident.

several time a representative would call me and tell me the car is ready then another representative would call back and said the first representative called by mistake and the car was not ready.
