Repairs not satisfactory- but you guys won’t admit to it- so what is the point of this survey —Unless it’s just customary that repairs can’t get done right the first few times - and yes few times and worst case every time the condition of the vehicle worsens

Only satisfied with communication from the receptionist. She kept me up to date and took my concerns seriously. They had my car for a month and I only received communication from her although I called each week to talk to the individual who was servicing my car.
