Repair is wonderful. Only the color doesn’t match by a very small tint. Someone might not notice it but I pay attention to detail and I can see it.

If zero was an option I would have selected it. The only good thing about this place is the nice lady at the front desk. She is polite and constantly apologizing for everyone else.

While my vehicle was in your care, the battery apparently began having issues out of nowhere even though it’s new. Nobody could explain that except that “it just happens” but it didn’t have issues prior to being dropped off of 4/8 and I wasn’t notified of issues until 4/13 when I was told it had be be jumped. I later found out it didn’t have to be jumped at any point. Everyone was clueless as to what the issue actually was.

Literally the only helpful person that we dealt with was the woman at the front desk (can’t recall her name). Everyone else was awful to deal with. There was absolutely no communication unless I called. In fact, my car was done for several days and nobody even told me.

The crew at Classic Collision did a great job repairing my truck. I was updated daily on the progress which was really nice. Matt was great in going over everything when I dropped off and picked up my truck. The receptionist at the front was so friendly and helpful both times I was there. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for auto body repair.

Steven provided EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism. After inspecting my vehicle at home, I felt the paint job wasn’t as smooth as it could be. When I brought it back to the shop, Steven explained to me that after a new paint job it can have the look like an orange peel a bit, and he said they could smooth it out for me and they sure did! I was really glad he took the time to listen to my feedback and he made my car look perfect! Thank you!

Easy and simple. No hassle from my end at all through the whole process
