AMM kept my RAV4 for 4 weeks. Jason called after 2 weeks & said AMM was ahead of schedule & would have my car ready by 11/17, and to wait for his call. I called him 11/19, and he projected the RAV4 would be ready 11/22. I called 11/22 and he said AMM lost the keys to my vehicle, & they have been “unable to work on it for days”. I took my spare key to AMM & expressed frustration with losing the key and delay. Several days later, he reported the car was ready except for a bumper. AMM received the wrong bumper & had reordered one. 12/3, I picked up my car after repair, I noticed 4” and another 6” area of scratches along the edge of the hood. Scratches exposed metal of the hood. The damaged front right windshield column had been painted over without repairing multiple chips from thrown gravel. Same oversight occurred on the backs of both side view mirrors. I let Jason know & took the car for his inspection. Jason noted the areas needing work, and agreed to provide a rental car. He called me that afternoon to tell me a rental would be available 12/9.I returned the RAV4 to AMM on 12/9. Today is 12/14. AMM still has the RAV4.

Initial evaluation was very good. Once car was in the shop, communication was spotty. AMM did not tell me for days that they misplaced the keys. Very frustrating.

The lady at the front desk that I talked to when I dropped my car and picked it up was super cool and nice. All the staff was friendly. I received text updates about the status of my repair, and I got a phone call when it was ready. Mad props!

You guys did an excellent job on the car the repair side looks better than the untouched side wish it would’ve been cleaned up a little better before returning it but the actual repair job was nice. The staff was all excellent friendly courteous professional couldn’t ask for a better crew. Thank you I will definitely use you guys again knowing that I can get my car back and pre-accident condition. Merry Christmas happy New Years!!

When I picked up my truck the right front blinker wasn’t working and parts to the hood of my vehicle were left in the bed of my truck. I had to tell the receptionist and wait for it to be fixed. My right front headlight and high beam are also sporadically turning off and on together while driving. I have left a voicemail to get that addressed.

You still have my car. The paint job was botched and Ray assured me there was an inspection done prior to me driving for over half an hour each way in the middle of a workday to come pick it up. I found the damage upon my own inspection of the vehicle. Several days later have still received no communication from Ray or anyone else as to the ETA of completion or any other communication for that matter. Had my car over 2 weeks for a fender bender. Will someone please let me know what’s going on?
