The team at classic collision were great at making the repairs of my vehicle which had significant damage look new- I want to especially thank Debbie for helping me retrieve items I had l left in the trunk while car was bringing me the beach gear so I could entertain my family who were in town while the vehicle was being repaired- Skye was helpful by working with my work schedule to pick up the vehicle- I did not have to take time off from work and she was willing to stay late to accommodate my work schedule

Skye was a great communicator. I not only got texts but also phone calls to keep me updated. The Lady that greets people when they come in is not so welcoming. When I dropped my car off, she said “give me a minute” , I had to wait quite a while while she had a private conversation with another employee. I still needed to pick up my rental and needed to get to an appointment so after about 5 minutes I walked toward her & Skye saw me and asked if she could help. I explained that I had an appointment so the lady having the conversation assigned my case to Skye because Matt was tied up with a vendor. I’m not sure how your system works but it seems odd to me that she wouldn’t have assigned it to Skye to begin with since she was free & the other guy wasn’t. Anyway, I’m very happy with my repair. I got my car back cleaner than I left it and it looks like new! Kudos to Skye and the repair & detail employees!
