From the moment I entered the front door for the last time I exited the front door I received excellent customer service from both the receptionist and my estimator. Estimator was able to clearly point out everything I needed to know when he took a look at my vehicle, promised his best, and then proceeded to deliver is best.

When we dropped the car off on July 6, we showed Cesar a couple of areas (unrelated to the claim) where the clear coat had been scratched. He said he would take care of it right away. We also asked for a quote on a front bumper piece where we have a hole caused by road debris. We never got the quote. Al said he would get us a quote so I’m hoping to hear from him soon. The side mirror which was replaced seems to be working fine. The items from the claim were taken care of, however.
