They did such an amazing job. The same day I took the truck was the same day they were working on getting it done. The truck was at another shop for 5 months and not a single thing was done. Not very great at reaching out to tell someone how things are going during the repair process. I had to call 3-4 times to see how things were going. Took entirely too long to complete for the repairs that needed done. Time management is lacking. Tailgate could have been bedliner coated while waiting for front bumper to arrive instead of waiting till rear and front bumper were on which took another day or two.
