Upon driving my SUV from Classic Collision and traveling about 20 minutes the Engine Overheat indicator flashed on my dash panel. Therefore, I will contact AAA Roadside Service on January 28, 2026 to tow my vehicle back to resolve the major issue of concern.

Upon initially picking up my SUV I was informed that the issue was resolved. However, upon driving my SUV today the " Engine Overheat" indicator flashed , again on the Front Display. Consequently, I had to have it towed to the location for additional inspection and repair. I'M FRUSTRATED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Brandon is a problem solver. Brandon communication skill and ability to explain complex technical concepts is EXCELLENT! I didn't have too worry about a rental pick-up or a drop off EXCELLENT! Melissa EXCELLENT front desk customer service. She was patient, I didn't feel rushed. Melissa greeting and her welcome is EXCELLENT. She answered my questions appropriately wasn't Ghetto. She wasn't on her personal phone and handling customer. I love it when a person can do their job right. I will recommend this place 10 stars down. Great job guys.
