The staff was very helpful in answering questions and informing me about the process of fixing my vehicle. Saul was very helpful in making sure I have updates on the vehicle and the insurance company.

First it was difficult to get a call back from the shop. Second the car was halfway cleaned when I picked it up after a 4K price tag, third it wasn’t test drove before releasing to me because 2 miles into the drive all of the TPMS sensors shows failed! Fourth, I called to inquire was told to take it to Discount Tire went there they could not program due to error in stems ! Called again was told to hold there while they contact insurance, hour later from waiting I called was told insurance hasn’t gotten back to them! Well why not call the customer back instead of have me waiting an hour in the lobby of Discount Tire! Now I have to take another day off to go back the shop to have them switched out ! POOR Follow up and customer service.

What can I say about BRANDON and the 10 STAR ( double 5 star) service I received at Classic Collision!!. He was on top of everything and made this experience as stressLESS as possible! He definitely makes your company look good! Give the guy a raise!! He deserves it!
