I have only had my car back for less than 2 days. As of this time, I am satisfied with the service I received. I'd like more time to determine if all systems are in good functioning condition. The outside body work looks excellent. I can't determine anything about the inner workings yet. I appreciated your communication system; it's good to be informed of the repair status. The staff I worked with in person, Melissa and Laura, were very helpful and pleasant. My one wish is repairs could be done quicker, but that may be an impossibility.

-First experience with Front desk included repeated comments to staff and to several customers regarding front desk attendant's headaches . Attendant went to nearby office to complain customers in line were asking questions. Customers waiting at feont desk were able to hear. - communication regarding payment: I called the day prior to pick up of vehicle to ask about payment policy and was still unpleasantly surprised I was not informed checks were not accepted. -Day of pick up: Imposing 3 flame candle fragrance at front desk. Candle is placed right on lower counter where customers must approach to iteract with attendant sitting. Fumes and scent rise directly to standing customer's face. -Nurin was always professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and communicated effectively; she answered all my questions. Thank you, Nurin. -Vehicle was returned clean. -Paint job appears seamless.
