I’m very please with your service. The repair was done before the scheduled finish time. It was just a small damage and the repair looks good. I was a bit disappointed that the car was washed but not detailed.

I love the consistent updates and transparency of the timeline of repairs. I knew the car would be washed and cleaned on the exterior but I wasn't expecting the interior to be detailed. That was a very pleasant surprise and the cherry on top of the white glove service I received. Kudos to the team at the Dowling location!

Front staff dropped the ball. It wasn’t until I talked to Matthew on my 2nd or 3rd call that the parts were ordered. He and I had agreed to a date depending on parts arriving. Day before I’m called by receptionist that I could deliver my car about 2 weeks hence. Not a good look.
