Some of the front desks staff were a little condescending and talked over me, didn’t let me explain so it caused some confusion. They seemed in a hurry.

The repair job looks good. There was an additional scratch on the door hatch after the work was done. When I showed it, I was told they will call me to resolve the problem. Also, I would have liked them to place a small drop of touch up paint that I bought new on a very small mark. They would not because it would not go through the intense repainting procedure. The company guarantees their work and because it wouldn’t go through that process, they couldn’t guarantee tee the work, even though I wasn’t asking for that on this small spot, they would not do it. I am disappointed but at least I know the rest of the work is done right.

Able Body Shop has a very friendly, courteous and helpful crew from the front desk to the estimate and finally the repairs. They are very clear about the process so it is easier to plan around not having a car during repairs which went quicker than estimated which was greatly appreciated. The repairs are first rate.
