My hitch cover doesn’t fit on anymore, the back area of my car is super super dusty, one of my plug covers for my rear latch was broken and doesn’t stay in but was left to see if it worked. My back up camera is blurry even when cleaned and the rear hatch door reveals on my car are really off, almost touching on driver side. Did the hinges get switched on the door? Also seems that the back hatch was painted and not the rear panels and it doesn’t look like it matches. I’m not trying to be a pain but the color matched from factory and I didn’t ask to get rear ended. I’d like my car to look like it did before the crash. Especially since they keep my car for over a month to do repair.

Overall good quality, but a little disappointed in the headliner repair from their subcontractor. The finish work on that could have been better. They left creases/crinkles that I’m not sure will come out.
