first time have any damage to my car nervous and embarrassing. but Ms. Lara made it an easy transition from talking to my talking to insurance agent and paper work; Itemized to estimate. with all of that they exceeded they own expectations. Ms. Lara gave me a due time when the parts will be in. and it make sense because we live in Alaska. Her and team got the part early and didn't waste time. it was done install, painted and buffed up. on the date that the part was expect to come. fast but it look like you took your sweet time. thank you Ms. Lara and your Team @ Classic Collision

I received a quote for an additional dent that was scheduled to be repaired at the same time as my bumper replacement. The dent repair never got fixed, management had no explanation and offered nothing in terms of making the situation right.
