The receptionist was rude and she had an attitude and really couldn’t answer any of my questions about my vehicle and then when I asked her to go get the person she couldn’t do that either, but she was acting like she knew the answer

The staff was friendly and the work was great. The only issue was the delays. We were originally quoted 5 weeks and it was extended multuple times afterwards. Two months for repairs is aignificant.

I’m very please with your service. The repair was done before the scheduled finish time. It was just a small damage and the repair looks good. I was a bit disappointed that the car was washed but not detailed.
