The work was done fine, the front office staff was very polite; the inspector was somewhat overwhelming in both over-complimenting my vehicle and the ABSOLUTE WORST part was handing me a PRE-FILLED out survey and INSTRUCTING ME on responding to this survey with perfect scoring! :( SO offensive! If not for the work done well, I would not have given any response..this was a HORRIBLE Customer Service practice-VERY insulting!
