Communication regarding my vehicle was minimal for the month it was there, and I only was updated when I called. I tried to be patient and was fully understanding with delays as they were due to part delivery times or so I was told. I am also missing items from my trunk. My vehicle was in for sunroof repairs and had nothing to do with my trunk. My emergency medication doses I keep in my car were aying out in the trunk and my bag of backup clothes was missing.

Other than the glue incident, everything else looked great and the car was very clean upon pickup

It did take a lot longer than I expected. The damage was not extensive, a few scuffs, small dent and some damaged plastic trim. It did look great however I did notice one of the plastic pieces hanging off by the time I got home. It appears that the tags that push into the slots had been broken off and they just used glue to reattach it rather than ordering that piece to replace. I called and they requested me to bring it back in and they will fix it, so that’s good.

My overall experience would’ve been great if no one stolen out of my trunk. The damage was on the front bumper. No reason why my trunk was gone through. With items on the backseat that were in the trunk. Very dissatisfied.

I was driving the car and didn’t see very well so I pulled over and looked at my head lights and the pass side was great but the driver side was not working so I went back to CC and they replaced the light. So far all is well. I have an appointment for the cradle as recommended by CC at Donovan’s. .
