My Experience

Overall we had a good experience. The only complaint is communication could be better. We had to call a couple times to follow up on the estimate before it was sent to the warranty company and we scheduled a time to drop off the car for the repair and we showed up to be told the part wasn’t in. Someone was supposed to call to tell us not to come because the part wasn’t in but they didn’t. Accidents happen but that was a little frustrating.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind and explained things thoroughly. I knew what to expect throughout the whole process. This was my first time navigating the tasks involved in the aftermath of a wreck. I was so anxious. But Reuben and his crew restored my baby to her original glory; they didn’t miss any details. WELL DONE!

The car looks very good, the paint is seamless, and the parts match. The new headlight sits slightly lower than the other one, but that could likely just be different fits and is not a problem. What is a problem is that I don’t believe the front bumper’s sensors were hooked up correctly or calibrated because when the sensors are on they are constantly blaring even when I’m not close to anything. Not sure how to fix that or what happened.
