The right front door lock does not work since repair was done and lock gives a clicking noise when trying to lock the door. The same clicking noise can be heard when the car auto locks when it gets beyond the set speed to do that. Also, it took 4 weeks to complete the repair. I am clear that there are many factors driving that length.

There were several VERY confusing automated messages. One of them confirmed that I picked up my car (which I did not). It was on Saturday when the office is not open so I had to wait until Monday to confirm that I still have a car and that it was not picked up by someone else. Also, received customer satisfaction e-mail a week ahead of me picking up the car.
