I think yall treated me differently because yall saw I was younger. So if that’s how you’d treat the people I refer, then I absolutely would not recommend anyone I know.

Repair Quality

I can still see one of the dents in my bumper which is how I knew I still had the same bumper. Maybe the repair was good enough for the you guys or for Honda but again I was never informed of that change.

Customer Service

I called to get an explanation as to why I was never informed that my bumper was being repaired and not replaced, never got a call back and it’s been a week. I feel like you guys only informed me of what was convenient for you and not to me, and being overly nice seemed really fake. The delivery of the estimate seemed very thorough, but again I felt that I was only informed of what was convenient to you guys.
