We were very grateful that everyone at CC worked to resolve the issue with our headlight. We would have liked more consistent communication throughout the repair process as issues kept arising which caused several delays.

Overall experience very positive, however somewhat surprised by the extent of supplemental damage once the repair started, based on the initial physical damage. Would have been helpful to have received some supporting photos of the additional damage.
