The body work and window replacement was great But the back seat trim was left off, glass shards still left in the bed and the interior of the truck and the stuff that was behind the seat was thrown around in the back seat

Classic collision made the repair process significantly less scary than it was presented initially, worked seamlessly with insurance, and provided a repair that I have had no issues whatsoever with. I would absolutely recommend them.

I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the repair process itself (though that may have been an issue with insurance, in which case this is a 10), but everyone was very welcoming, the process was explained well in layman's terms, and every time I called in I was updated. A special thank you to miss Jen at the Mount Pleasant location, who was a joy to speak to every time.

Amazing and superior work and customer service as always. Work was done better than the notice on their check out counter implied. There is no difference between bumper and rest of car. It all looks BRAND NEW!!!

They always go above and beyond for me!!! They are too modest about the service they provide! My car had dozens of rock hits from the recent Sc Dot road improvements. I went to six auto repair and vinyl cover shops. Classic was comparable in price. But they scheduled me immediately and give a warranty on their work. There was a scare when reading the enlarged fine print at the counter that states they may not be able to match bumper with rest of car. When retrieving my car I expected a difference. But my car looks like new! They even fixed crack in bumper insurance would not cover and scratch from someone hitting it with groceries cart. They are remarkably the best !!!
