For the most part, I would say 9 to 10 I were really nice but in the beginning, they were very forceful and couple people and really rude. I was upset but anyway it worked out in the end so yeah I would recommend them. And Joy was great working out the rental car issue with Enterprise as I’ve not rental insurance
