The ownership has changed so it was a very different experience. First the quote was under $1000 so I thought, great it won’t be reported to DMV but then they kept changing the estimate and it went higher and higher. I was surprised. It didn’t seem right. Now my vehicle will go down in value.

Just took very long but customer service/communication etc was great. I don’t think the time was the fault of the shop, apparently parts with the Tesla vendor were back ordered but still crazy to be without my car for months. There must be a way to circumvent situations like that.
