Mr. Ben and the whole staff at Classic Collision (Adams Ave) are EXCEPTIONAL! Ben is the reason our car didn’t become a total loss! He insisted we ask the insurance to double check vin # of photos which revealed the insurance company made a HUGE mistake and submitted wrong photos of car (not my car). I have NO WORDS! God Bless Collision and employees like Ben!

Great. Only issue came from the communication about what was owed by me instead of my insurance. I think it was a problem on the insurance side but wouldve been nice to have been told about the outstanding amount before I came in to pick it up.
