Took longer than I expected it was done perfectly just took longer than the estimated time. I got a free tank of gas but probably paid close to the repairs in rental car fee. That is not classic collisions problem but you ask for my opinion

Car was repaired extremely well. However, the guy who I spoke with on the phone was rude & lacked empathy. My car was in the shop for 8 days with no updates until I called for an update because that car was my only my only means of transportation. I was told “We can’t fix an $8,000 damage in 3 days”. It wasn’t 3 days, It had been well over a week. Which I understood. But the way he said it was very condescending. But overall, shop did a great job on the repairs. Maybe next time try to be more understanding & keep customers up to date.
