Front bumper is no lined up correctly. There is a paint bubble on driver side of front bumper. Also there are 2 new dings in passenger door that wasn't there before drop off

No communication, the work is not good and no since of urgency to correct mistakes.

Parts installed are not lined up and do not fit correctly. Paint has dust particles and other things stuck in it along with paint bubble under headlight, also have 2 new dings in vehicle that were not there prior to accident upon receiving vehicle. I notified insurance and classic collision and I'm on week 2 without a resolution to fixing my vehicle.

After receiving my car fromclassic collision 153 the front bumper has paint bubbles and stuff trapped in paint along with fender and bumper not aligned correctly. The front grill insert was installed damaged to my vehicle, a engine lighting strip was damaged and no longer works after getting car back, there is clear coat overspray on my wheels, I have 2 new dings in passenger door that wasn't there before the accident and now I have found that my passenger side skit was damaged by shop and they tried to glue it back together without my knowledge.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish the staff were professional, friendly and you could tell they were going to do the job to the absolute best there is. When we got the truck back it was perfect! Took less time than we thought it was and was beyond satisfied with the way it came out

Perhaps not a major issue But noticed wind shield had lot of pollen on windows. Bought new fluid to pour into the plastic reservoir, however after a few mining I noticed the fluid continued to pour into the plastic container where finally the full amount just leaked onto my driveway. There is as a hole in this part that should have been repaired before I picked up car.
