The repair itself is great. They almost missed a part so when I picked up there was still a hole in the tire panel but thankfully I asked about it and it was fixed.

Completely dissatisfied. Jeff tried to help make it better but Anthony all but ghosted us at one point. Gave us every reason under the sun on why the car was delayed. Said no work would be done unless approved by insurance but yet we couldn’t pick up the car because they were waiting on insurance approval. The estimated repair time was 2 weeks and a month and a half later after we had to call almost every day we finally got it
