This was the best experience I’ve had with a body shop in Anchorage. My car was done when estimated to be done. I was kept up to date with the progress. Bonus, you even cleaned the interior of my car. And very friendly staff.

Your questions are difficult to answer, particularly since you won’t let me go back. The person in charge of my vehicle was very nice. However, everyone else, such as the manager who would never return my call, and the receptionist, who avoided answering questions and lied about the whereabouts of the manager and the person handling my vehicle, were unhelpful and mendacious.
