There was a bunch of white marks on the black rubber interior seal of the door. It looked like something that had happened during the painting process and it will not come off the rubber. If it wasn't for that I would be able to rate a 10.

When I came in for my initial repair estimation the girls at the front counter seemed seemed a lot more interested in socializing and talking about their personal matters then acknowledging/greetimg the guests. The service was better when I came back to bring my car in for repair except this time they were so busy either on the phone or dealing with other things that I felt invisible.

Communication at the end of the "repairs" was too poor for me to recommend anyone bring their vehicle to classic collision. The cosmetic portion of the repairs are satisfactory, but the mechanical portion of the repairs are not finished, and the vehicle still drives and functions differently since the country financial insured driver had hit me. Unfortunately I cannot recommend business here. If Country Financial and Classic Collision were able to get my car back in the shop and return my vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident, I would consider recommending the shop to a friend.

The cosmetic portion of the repairs are fine. The alignment of the vehicle is still off. Since country financials insured driver hit me, the vehicle veers off to the right without holding onto the steering wheel. Steering wheel must be turned to the left in order to maintain a straight course of direction. One of the fasteners under the fender is already falling out of place. The car rattles in the location close to where the impact occured. Also there is something zip-tied to the bottom of the car. These are the mechanical issues that still have not been repaired.

Classic Collision interacted with me via text message throughout the duration of the repair. The day that the repairs were "complete" I did not receive a text message at any time knowing my vehicle was ready to pick up. I received one phone call which I missed, then no additional contact notifying me the car was ready. It wasn't until the Country Financial insurance agent Ashlyn emailed me a week or so later, that I was aware of the car being ready for pickup. This lack of communication cost me approximately $320 for having the rental vehicle longer than I should have. Classic collision called one time, did not text me like they had been since April, and did not try to contact me any day after the repair to notify me for the pickup.

Staff was very customer-service oriented, which is appreciated for senior citizens. Patience goes a long way, especially if the customer is in a "high anxiety" mode from having been in a car accident. Estimate was thorough and service on the car was professionally and promptly made.
