Classic collisions did a great job! They were professional, on time, communicated well. Highly recommended. They did a great job fixing my work truck while I was out of time avoiding any downtime or rental and moving tools. Great job! Communication with insurance was prompt and worked to take the truck the day I was leaving and held onto it til I got back. Amazing costumer service. THANK YOU!

If they fix their communication service, giving realistic and true pick up times with all repairs done, then, I’d rate them higher. But, if they don’t fix these problems, then they get this lower score.

There wasn’t enough consistent communication with me about when I could pick up my car. I would leave messages in their answering service and wouldn’t receive a call back. Also, every time I called the message service would thank me for my call and end with FIXD Auto. I was alarmed that I was calling the wrong number. Their name now is Classic Collision, but they haven’t updated their message phone yet.

I am satisfied with the work. However, I had a bad customer experience due to the lead time for parts. May I suggest doing a visual inspection before acceptance at vehicle since insurance only covers 30 days of car rental.
