It started out fine with a detailed estimate and a scheduled drop off date with me paying $1500 for parts. I called the day before I was to drop it off and was told no parts had been ordered because I needed to pay for the parts before they were ordered. When the payment was verified I was then told it was because of the shipping back up and when I drove to the store and asked to speak to the estimates, Eric, he admitted he had not ordered them BUT had just done so. We set another date. The day before I was to drop the car off the second time I drove to the store to confirm the drop off and was told the parts weren’t ordered because I hadn’t paid for them. When I showed the clerk my estimate sheet where it showed I had already paid she said she would check again BUT low and behold Eric no longer worked there the company had changed ownership and …………it was finally discovered that low and behold the parts had been ordered and were in the shop. The problem had been the information was on one computer system but not the other. Let’s just say it was a real “goat rope”!!

I think overall the completed project turned out fine.... Terrible communication (none) along the way, and less than mediocre phone/in person interaction (when we called and got a live person)....
