The car was moved to a different location and that was fine. But when I called the location I dropped it off to have the over spray removed from my rear passenger window and gasketing replaced as it is coming at the edges I was told I had to drive to the location in Lagrange to it taken care of since they did the work. Really don't think it is right I have to drive an hour to get a mistake fixed when the store I dropped it off at is a 5 minute drive

Originally it was good customer service. It went down hill when I was told i had to drive to the location that did my repair work in order to fix an mistake may by them. Instead of the location 5 minutes away.

Not everything was fix. It now has a shake that was not there before I dropped it off. I didn't even get notified until a day after it was done by a different location

YES! The only exception was that the driver's door was a bit out of alignment. James has told us that we can bring it back next week and it will be fixed immediately. We couldn't believe how fast the repairs were done! Thank you!!
