The constant delaying in the readiness of my vehicle when I was originally quoted 2 weeks was insane. I was very put out not having my Subaru during the big snow storm in January. The work they did turned out well but I had to call and bug for updates constantly because they would tell me it was going to be ready by a certain day and I would hear nothing just to call and get told it was pushed out further.
