Had trouble getting estimate sent to me and requested i bring a check for deductible (which I did), then machine does not take the check, charged me service fee to use a card, asked them not to since issue is their check reader

The only exception we have with the experience was the time that it took to be repaired. We waited initially to bring the car in so that the parts required could be received. We were then told about Three weeks in that you were waiting on parts to come in so it could be reassembled. We have no issue with the quality of work preformed. Maybe this timeframe for the work to be done is now the standard and our expectations are out of line. We would highly recommend your work based on the output of quality but would also say don’t be expecting a quick turnaround. Be happy to answer any questions. Charles

I felt I could have been updated on delays. Kept the truck when they were waiting for parts. You should have told us to drop it back off when the parts came in. Allowing the use of our vehicle to us. Instead of sitting for a week in the parking lot.
