No, it's unnerving to be told 3 different times that it's ready only to be told, it's not ready again and again. I was called on Friday at 3:30 and told it might be ready by 5. If you want to call later and check back maybe you can pick it up at the end of the day , and if not , it'll be ready on Monday. Told again, on Monday, it was ready.Then told again, Tuesday he was ready.Then finally picked it up on wednesday. I live an hour away, and these changes messed up multiple days of planning. I'm a busy guy just like you and everybody else.

A totally fantastic customer experience! All of the staff at Preston Highway were outstanding, provided the quote for all work on the spot, and offered whatever assistance I needed. My vehicle was taken to the Crestwood location, where I was kept informed of all repairs and progress on a regular basis. The technicians at the shop found some damage I hadn’t seen which required paint work and that work is fantastic, the paint matches perfectly and was certainly done professionally. These folks washed and cleaned the truck and it looked as nice or better than the day I bought it! Could not be more happy or pleased with the total experience at Classic Collision and give the highest recommendation to anyone in need of auto body repairs, an awesome company to do business with! First bracket hanger that holds the end of my tailpipe up, was not put back on. Second you did not put the bushing back on my tailgate so it slams down when opening. Third my bed cover has so much white dust all over it. I’ve washed it two times and it still won’t come out.
