Was called two times to pickup car, then told it was ready, didnt meet paint qc. Then 1 week later, told ready, then called back and said car not working needs rear axel, another week went by. Told to pickup, went to get it with appt, car tail light was crooked and needed adjusting. Had to wait. Also reverse light with water in it and trunk with water in wheel well. Left off lot, stopped at work, checked brake lights with daughter....left light not plugged in, left reverse light not plugged in and center vrake light not working. I plugged both brake and reverse, still didnt work, had to send daughter back with car.

Chris is fine, he was reporting what he is told and trying to be nice with an upset customer. Nobody goes to a body shop for something good ever.
