They had the part replaced within three days of my first contact with the shop. Very friendly staff. Extremely easy process with the shop and the insurance company. This was for my “new“ used car that had a cracked light bar that the seller agreed to replace at their expense.

The damage was fixed and I thought that looked great considering how I brought the vehicle in. However, my truck had an expensive cover to protect my equipment from bad weather conditions and it wasn't put back correctly. So when it rained my equipment got wet. It was lifted on one side and a small part from it was just left in the back of my truck along with the cushion so it isn't attached metal on metal. Along with the interior of my vehicle had dust all over, I'm guessing from the work done. While I am happy with appearance of the outside where the damage was I was not happy with the way my vehicle was given back to me with the truck cover not installed back the way it was or the dust on the inside of my truck. :/
