Excellent service and results! We brought my wife’s Odyssey here last year when it needed repair because this was my insurance company’s preferred shop, so when a drive-thru car wash damaged my Expedition and I had to pay out of pocket(!!!), I made sure to get a quote here too. James was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, took great care of me, and their price was the cheapest I found too. I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend!

I would always recommend this shop I have been going there over 10 years from previous owners but this time wasn’t done but he promise me to fix it sti waiting

Maybe you should take the time to talk to James on how the service was and the used parts was place on my car but bill my insurance for new and I am still waiting to be scheduled for change this out he promise to get this done correctly. Car went in Aug 3 and pick up Aug 20 I will follow up with you once complete overall I am happy with my paint job.

Poor communication, rude. Never returned phone call nor took responsibility for their mistakes.

Repairs were not timely nor was the job completed fully. Vendor failed to communicate with local leadership on repair. They did not adhere to their own timetable.

Rep decided that since she could not answer questions on a simple request, she told me she did not get paid enough and hung up on me. All that was asked was "why were we not called as promised". We lost productivity and had to make arrangements. I am STILL waiting on a call from their manager that i was promised.
