Go to Titusville, not Palm Bay. I didn't have a choice as the Titusville location was down a main man. But my communication with Titusville was great, while Palm Bay was completely the opposite.

Repair quality was good. However there is a paint finger print on a door handle - we will come in and have it resolved. The tires also were not balanced out with a 10 point difference between existing and the new left rear tire.

I asked for calls and updates throughout the process. I never received call backs as requested UNTIL I called at 5 pm on Friday, the day our repair was to be done. I then got a call back from Rachel who was overly kind. However, that did not make up for the lack of communication throughout the 45 days our car was in the shop. The repair total was $15K and while this may be everyday experiences for your business, it's important to remember there are real humans being impacted by this process. I understand you can't predict a timeline, but some context and updates when requested would have been appreciated.
