On my drive home today, my engine temp started behaving erratically and got noticably hotter every time I accelerated. My air conditioning also did not function well.

My car was blind sided by a hit-and-run. The Passenger side had wounds like a person had taken a sharp, wide scalpel to the paint, extending all the way from the R front light to the back bumper. On a friend's recommendation, I took my car to Classic Collision. The secretary, front desk manager, Karin, was terrific, answering the phone on the first ring and connecting me with Richard, who evaluated my car.

Karin had me in touch with a car rental company. Richard immediately scheduled my car for repairs. He recommended I get a police report with a case number. This recommendation prompted me to contact my sheriff. He gave me a case number and told me I had not been keyed, as I thought I had, but it was considered a hit-and- run. Richard also suggested speaking to my insurance company. Instead of paying out of pocket for all the costs, it was covered under my great car insurance. It was considered a no-fault case. My deductible was reduced by half. Classic Collision interacted with the insurance. I sat it out and let Classic Collision take over. Richard was my saving grace
