Charlie was the representative I worked with while my car was serviced. He was excellent in communicating with me. I expressed that if possible I would appreciate having my car complete in time for my upcoming road trip to visit family 8 hours away. Charlie ensured my car was ready in time for me. It was repaired & the colors matched to a tea. Ngl you pretty much have to come here if you want your car to come back brand new. They give you updates and keep you in the loop. Which is good for any guys who want know what’s going with their whip. In short, great work. He was spot on with his estimate of completion & it looked like the accident never happened.
