Lots of labor hours for “inspecting” areas that were not affected by the accident. .1 here, .1 there…added up. Seems bill was padded.

Great job except for some things were moved or changed that didn’t need to be changed (switches such as the over head interior lights turned off of auto, the drivers head rest height lowered). Little things that were I wouldn’t think needed to be touched that made me think “why was that moved”. Very impressed with the over all job. Truck looked amazing and it was cleaned on the inside as well as the entire outside to include the tires! Nice touch.

Great work cosmetically, unfortunately I had to return due to lack of a completed process. I thank the company making the correction process simple, however when retrieving my car for the second time, my headlights were left on by the staff. That was pretty disappointing considering my car alerts you in regards to that, luckily the battery did not die. This raises concerns about the diligence of the service team. Front end associate was great and very kind.
