I'm happy with my service from the front desk, repair and to Richard my service repair point of contact. Not only was I informed about my service every step of the way. It looked amazing! My car was clean! When I dropped off the car Richard went over the process he walked the car with me, He took the time to listen to my concerns. Update me while car was in shop. On pick-up same process He walked the car, we talked about after care, like should it go to car wash or be waxed or hand washed. Again he took the time and didn't rush even though the job was done. Their service department is always top notch clean, perfect, professional the repair is perfect! Front desk had everything ready when I went in, I just gave my name and she grabbed my paperwork and took my key , and I was out the door. On pick-up I received my detailed invoice of work preformed and my key. I also wanted to mention that they work with enterprise so rental car company will pick you up at the shop and when finished you just give the front desk staff key and enterprise will pick it up. No Hassel! I love that Classic has a home town feel that makes you feel like you are part of there Family. We will return if needed. Definitely a 10/10 all the way around!

Everyone was so kind and helpful every step of the way to repair my van after an accident. I was updated daily, and the work was done quickly and of quality. My van had work done to the outside, I expected the outside to look nice, I didn’t expect the entire inside to be cleaned up as well. Would definitely use them again if the need should arise (but I hope not lol).

The team at my local Classic Collision did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were professional, kind, early with the delivery of the car and it turned out amazing!
