Everyone at Classic Collision was extremely polite and professional. They kept me well informed of repair progress and they also worked well with the insurance company(ies). The facility was clean, including the bathroom, and they provided refreshments in the waiting area too.

Communication was a little off this time. I dropped my vehicle off overnight. Had to call and confirm it was scanned. The automated updates did not work. I called the following Wednesday just to check status and ETA. Was told it would be ready the following Tuesday. Fine by me, but then later that evening got a text stating it was about done for pickup. Just a little off.
