The work done was (mostly) satisfactory, however besides the absurd length of time to complete simply due to wrong parts being ordered, there were remaining issues with the vehicle which couldn’t be addressed bc they were outside the claim for repair, which I understand, however they were not brought to my attention and lead to further damage to the vehicle. Specially, the left rear wheel had a damaged axel, which I’ve found out that classic was aware of, but failed to mention to me at all at pickup. Bc of this I didn’t know of this issue and the wheel ended up breaking the brand new brake assembly that had just been installed. This lead to an additional $600+ of damage on top of the repairs needed to the axel itself, which again, I was in no way made aware of. My family always had good experiences with classic and maybe my truck was just a rolling disaster, but there were things that could’ve been done much better In my opinion. Also the passenger blind spot monitor isn’t working and he said it was upon pick up.
